CPA Taurus respects the sensitivity of healthcare shopping. People do not casually browse blood-pressure monitors or first-aid kits. This Privacy Policy explains what this static website collects, what stays only in your browser, and how we handle messages you choose to send. It is written in plain language on purpose.

Your cart and recently viewed items are stored locally in your browser. They are not automatically uploaded to a CPA Taurus server by this static site. When you submit a form (contact, newsletter, subscribe, unsubscribe, checkout, or a blog comment), you send us the fields on that form, typically name, email, and message. We use that information to answer you, complete a product request, or honour an opt-out. We do not sell mailing lists.
CPA Taurus is the controller of personal data you send through cpataurus.com. Because we do not list a public postal address or telephone number, privacy requests should be emailed to hello@cpataurus.com or submitted on the Contact Us page with the subject “Privacy”.
If you clear site data, those records disappear from that browser. We cannot restore a cart we never received.
Like most websites, hosting logs may record IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of visit for security and reliability. This site does not run a hidden profiling pixel of our own. Third-party fonts or icon libraries you load from public CDNs may see that your browser requested those files under those providers’ policies.
You are not required to describe a diagnosis to shop. Product interest (for example, adding a glucose meter) can imply a health context. Treat that as sensitive. Do not paste laboratory results, identification numbers, or another person’s medical history into public comment boxes. If you need to share clinical detail with a professional, use the channel that professional provides, not a shop comment form.
If a message you send us unavoidably includes health information so we can recommend a listing (for example, “I need a cuff that fits a larger arm”), we will use it only to answer that request and will not use it for unrelated marketing profiles.
Depending on the privacy law that applies to you, we may rely on: your consent (newsletters, optional comments); performance of a request you initiate (checkout follow-up); legitimate interests in running a secure shop and answering mail; and legal obligation if a regulator or court requires a limited disclosure. The blue banner on many pages, the Subscribe Email page, and the footer form all require a valid email format before they accept a submission. We will not add an address that fails validation. Confirmation text you see in the browser is an on-page acknowledgement; depending on how the live mailbox is later connected, a teammate may also send a welcome note.
To leave the list, use Unsubscribe Email, enter the same address, and tell us why if you wish. We will stop promotional mail to that address. We may keep a suppression record so we do not accidentally re-add you. Transactional mail about an open product request may still be necessary until that request is closed.

Browser cart data lasts until you clear it or we change the storage key in a site update. Emails and form copies are kept only as long as needed to answer you, complete a request, meet bookkeeping rules, or resolve a dispute, then deleted or archived with access limited to people who need them. Unsubscribe suppression lists are kept longer so we respect your choice.
No website is perfectly secure. This static storefront avoids storing payment cards on the site itself. Still, protect your own device, do not submit forms on a shared computer if you are uncomfortable, and never send full payment card numbers through Contact Us. If we later add a payment processor, card data would be handled by that processor’s certified pages, not by a comment box.
The shop is aimed at adults buying for a household. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for marketing. If you believe a child submitted an email, write to us and we will delete it from promotional lists.
cpataurus.com may be viewed from many places. We do not claim a country of operation in our public copy. If you access the site, you understand that hosting and mail tools may process data in more than one region. Mandatory local rights still apply where they apply to you.
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccuracies, deletion where we do not have a compelling remaining need, or a copy in a portable format where the law provides it. You may object to marketing at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction. We would appreciate the chance to respond first.
Because the cart lives in your browser, the most effective way to delete it is to clear this site’s local storage yourself. We cannot reach into your device to do that.
This version of the site uses local storage for cart and recently viewed items. If we add analytics or chat later, we will update this section and, where required, ask before setting non-essential cookies.
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about your health. Product filters on the shop page run in your browser and do not score you as a patient.
When we change this Policy in a material way, we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after that date means you have read the new version. If we ever start processing a new category of sensitive data as a core activity, we will say so clearly.
Use Contact Us or hello@cpataurus.com. Tell us which email you used on the site so we can find the right records. We will not ask you for passwords. We will not publish your message on the blog.
