These Terms & Services (“Terms”) govern your use of the CPA Taurus website at cpataurus.com, including browsing, creating a client-side cart, submitting forms, reading journal articles, and requesting products. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site and do not submit information.
Last updated: 19 September 2026. We may revise these Terms as the shop grows. The date at the top of this page is the version you should read before placing a request.
CPA Taurus is a healthcare and wellness retailer operating an informational and transactional storefront. We sell home-use products such as monitoring devices, respiratory accessories, recovery tools, sleep supports, first-aid kits, and food supplements. We are not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy counter, or emergency service. Nothing on this website creates a clinician–patient relationship.
We do not publish a public street address or telephone number on this site. Correspondence about the shop should go through the contact form or hello@cpataurus.com so both parties have a written record.
Product pages, blog articles, skill bars, quotes, and checkout notes are educational. They are not diagnosis, prescription, or treatment. Devices such as blood-pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, thermometers, glucose meters, and wearable trackers are intended for personal wellness awareness or for use under advice you already received from a qualified professional.
If you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, sudden weakness, uncontrolled bleeding, or any other emergency warning sign, seek emergency care immediately. Do not wait for an email reply from CPA Taurus. Do not change prescribed medication because of a single home reading or because of something you read in our journal.
Supplements are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Read labels, respect serving sizes, and ask a pharmacist or clinician about interactions if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a chronic condition, or taking prescription drugs.
You must be old enough in your place of residence to form a contract and to purchase the types of goods we list. You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping that degrades service, no posting of unlawful content in comment fields, no impersonation of our team, and no attempt to interfere with other visitors’ carts or forms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of names, emails, and order notes you submit. If you type an email you cannot access, we may be unable to complete a request.
We work hard to describe materials, intended use, and limitations. Photography on this site is original product or lifestyle imagery without watermarks. Colors can still vary with screens. Accessories shown in a gallery may be illustrative of related care items.
Prices are displayed in the currency selected in the header for browsing convenience. A listed price is an invitation to request, not a binding offer until we confirm by email. We may correct obvious pricing errors. If an item cannot be supplied, we will not substitute a different product without your written agreement.
Some goods are not suitable for every person. Compression wear, heating pads, percussion massagers, and inhalation devices have contraindications printed in their manuals. You agree to read those manuals before first use and to keep small parts away from children.
The shopping cart is stored in your browser (local storage). Clearing cookies or using another device may empty the cart. Adding an item does not reserve stock.
Checkout on this static site does not process card payments in the background. When you submit a valid checkout form you will see the message: “Thank You! your order received, one of our representative will contact you.” That message means we received your request in the browser session and that a teammate will follow up using the email you provided. It is not a shipment notice and not a medical appointment.
Until we confirm in a later message, either party may decline to proceed. We may refuse a request that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or unsuitable for the product’s intended use.
Promotion codes, including any first-purchase newsletter offer, are discretionary. They may be limited to one use per household, excluded from already-reduced items, or withdrawn if abused. A code that does not validate in the cart is not a pricing error on our part.
Delivery estimates, if later provided by email, are not guarantees. Weather, carrier disruption, and incorrect contact details can delay a parcel. Inspect packaging on arrival. If a device arrives damaged, keep all parts and write to us promptly with photographs.
Unused items in original condition may be returned within thirty days of delivery unless the listing said the product is final sale (typically personal-care goods that have been opened). Opened consumables, used cuff liners, and mask sets that contacted a person are generally not restockable for hygiene reasons. Return freight may be your responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Warranty, where offered by a manufacturer, sits alongside these Terms. We will help you contact the maker when a genuine manufacturing fault appears within a reasonable period of ordinary home use.
The CPA Taurus name, bull-and-cross mark, layout, product copy, and journal articles are owned by us or licensed to us. You may share links to pages. You may not copy substantial text, scrape product databases, or present our photography as your own catalogue. Trademarks of payment networks shown as simple badges remain those networks’ property and are used only as generic indicators of possible later payment methods.
Comments and form messages must be lawful, respectful, and free of personal health data you do not wish to store in email. Do not include another person’s medical information without authority. We may decline to publish comments and may remove material that is abusive, spam, or clinically dangerous (for example, telling readers to ignore emergency symptoms).
By sending a comment you grant CPA Taurus a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site, edited for length or clarity, with your first name.
The newsletter banner, Subscribe Email page, and footer forms collect an address only after validation. You can leave the list at any time through the Unsubscribe Email page. Transactional messages about an order you requested are not the same as marketing mail and may still be sent as needed to complete that request.
Social sharing icons open third-party networks. Their terms and privacy rules apply once you leave cpataurus.com. We are not responsible for content or ads on those networks.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, CPA Taurus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost data in your browser cart, or for health outcomes that depend on professional care we do not provide. Our total liability relating to a product request will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that product after any confirmed purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by our proven negligence.
You agree to indemnify CPA Taurus and its team against claims arising from your misuse of products contrary to manuals, your submission of false information, or your republication of our content without permission.
We may suspend access to forms or the cart if we detect abuse, security risk, or legal requirement. The rest of the informational site may remain available.
These Terms are written in English. If we later provide a translation, the English text prevails in case of conflict, unless a mandatory local rule says otherwise.
Questions about these Terms should be sent through the Contact Us page. Mention “Terms & Services” in the subject line of your message. We will not give legal advice about your personal situation, but we will explain how the shop applies a clause.
Thank you for reading this document fully. Healthcare shopping deserves the same patience as healthcare itself.
